Impact Fitness Classes are an exhilarating stress busting workout using focus pads, boxing gloves and kick shields.

- A short complete body warm-up with dynamic stretching.
- Upper body line work
- Lower body line work
- HIIT (High intensity interval training) Pad drills in pairs
- Cool down and gentle stretch.
Is there any sparring or contact involved?
No, this is a strictly non contact class. The only contact is how hard you hit the pads.
Who is the class suitable for?
The classes are all inclusive. From ages 18-80 for all abilities.
Class equipment requirements:
- Comfortable sports wear
- Pad Gloves (provided if necessary)
- Focus Mitts (provided if necessary)
- Kick Pads (provided if necessary)
First lesson is free, a gym membership or pay as you go basis required thereafter. Classes £5 each.
