Biography
Having always had a passion for all types of sport I eventually found my favorite in Taekwondo where I successfully competed for over 10 years, this naturally led me to further my interest in health and fitness. In 2015 I decided to undertake the necessary qualifications to train clients full time professionally.
I came to the realization that the fitness industry was full of gimmicks and sales tactics and I wanted to do things a little differently. I believe that personal training is just that “personal” and by taking the time to really focus on those elements you can make a real difference to peoples lives.
I love meeting new people and seeing them not only change their physique but also learn about the elements that make up a healthy lifestyle and becoming a better version of themselves.
Since qualifying I’ve worked in various gyms and eventually became disillusioned with the traditional approach. This led me to becoming a fully mobile personal trainer that visits people in their own home or suitable outdoor space. I’ll bring the gym to you!
I’ve made it my mission to keep learning and developing myself undertaking courses and qualifications that help deliver interesting and engaging workouts for my clients.

I offer a FREE OF CHARGE consultation and all my clients are fully assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular, muscle and core strength. We then set a realistic goal for the program and put in place a set of workouts.
What does Personal Training involve
This can vary from client to client, as true personal training is just that. Personal! I carefully evaluate your current level of fitness and health and build a program of training that’s tailored to your own goals.
You will be focusing on specific areas depending on goals. Complete beginners will benefit from my introduction to exercise, covering everything you need to know when starting to exercise.
Where do you do personal training?
This can depend on your requirements, workouts can be held in the following location:
